This free spay/neuter surgery program is available to residents of Duval County until funding is exhausted. The program covers up to 6 free spay/neuter surgeries per household for PET or FERAL/community cats per month.

Free spay/neuter for pet/community cats (up to 6 per household, per month).
No appointment needed for community cats!
Intake times: Mon–Fri: 9 AM–3 PM | Sat: 9 AM–10 AM | Sun: Closed
Community cats MUST come in a humane trap (1 cat per trap, proper dimensions required).
Traps available for rent with a $100 refundable deposit. For cats outside Duval County, the cost is $60 per cat.

You must bring proof of residence and a Valid ID to the appointment when you drop off.
Feral cats can take up to 72 hours to process due to our large intake and volume. All feral cats will get rabies and FVRCP vaccines, and their ear will be tipped.
$22 City License required for pet cats.
